I have an eclectic medical background working in medical research, primary care medicine and pharmaceutical industry. I founded Lifestyle Link out of a passion for educating busy parents and professionals about health and wellness. My goal is to inspire others to live healthier lives through making positive lifestyle changes.
As a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Yoga and Meditation Instructor, my role is to help you feel motivated to eat better, move more, and create life-changing habits. Together, we will explore programs that work best for you. This includes teaching you how to shop for better foods, plan meals, cook simple and delicious recipes, eat healthy while out, and balance food and fitness with work and travel.
Instead of diets and calorie counting you will have ongoing support and guidance to help you achieve your wellness and lifestyle goals.
