Health Coaching

What is a Certified Health Coach?

Health coaches help people discover the “why” behind their desired health change. They make it their mission to help clients make positive lifestyle changes when it comes to food, exercise, sleep, and more.


As a certified health coach, I am here to teach and help you feel less overwhelmed with all of the contradictory food and fitness information flooding your news feed. I will hold your hand, inspire and hold you accountable. My role is to help you feel motivated to eat better, exercise more, and make positive lifestyle changes. Together we will explore what types of food and exercise programs will work best for you. Through ongoing support and guidance, I will help you be successful in achieving your goals.


This guidance covers shopping, meal planning and preparing healthy meals that suit your lifestyle. We’ll evaluate your current health, your goals, and find exercises that you enjoy and will fit into your schedule.

HEALTH PROGRAMS

3 or 6-Month One-on-One Health Coaching and Personal Training Program

Food and fitness change everything. As your daily diet changes, your body, mood, and energy levels will evolve. Imagine what your life would be like if you had crystal-clear thinking, extra energy, and a sense of vitality every day! $250/month


Your program includes:

  • Two 60 minute sessions per month.
  • Guidance in setting and accomplishing goals.
  • Support in identifying challenges and blind spots that are preventing change 
  • Learning ways to fit physical activity into your schedule or improve your current routine.
  • Identifying and practicing ways to reduce stress levels.
  • Guidance in shopping, meal planning, cooking and navigating food labels.
  • Healthy and easy to prepare recipes.
  • Learning about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them into your diet.
  • Education materials to increase your eating and exercise knowledge.
  • Email and text support between sessions.

  • One Kitchen Rehab which evaluates what you are eating today and provides guidance on reading labels. After this, you will have the knowledge to keep the “better for you” foods on hand.
  • Recipes that are healthy and easy to prepare. 
  • Education materials to increase your eating and exercise knowledge.
  • Email & text support between sessions.
